Pricing and Discount
We work closely with our partner brands to ensure we’re offering the best value possible, every time. We never want our customers to feel pressured to buy a knife just because it’s on sale. A knife should only be purchased if you truly believe it’s worth it. That’s why our knives will not go on sale. Customers can always have peace of mind knowing they’re getting the best and lowest price directly from us.
For holidays and special events, instead of offering discounts, we may release exclusive special editions or limited-run models, available for a limited time.
Shipping to the US
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, the T86 tax exemption form (previously applicable to personal shipments valued under $800) has been discontinued. As a result, all packages shipped to the United States must now be processed through the T11 entry process.
This change may cause additional delays during customs clearance. While the exact delay will vary case by case, our shipping broker has observed that processing under T11 can add up to one week compared to the previous T86 process.
If you received a USPS tracking number, your item is on its way to you. From our past experience, it should clear customs and start to move within the USPS system in around 7-12 business days. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out anytime. We will ship the item to you as soon as possible; however, due to uncertainties in the international shipping process—particularly around customs clearance—we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
We have some items in stock in our US warehouse but most new knives are available directly from China warehouse only specially when they just came out.

Missing Shipment Policy
As much as we hate to mention it, there is always a small chance that a package may be lost during transit. Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way to completely avoid this. Even if we personally flew over and hand-delivered your order, there would still be a chance that the checked baggage could go missing.
That said, we want to give our customers peace of mind when purchasing from us.
All packages are shipped with tracking numbers so you can monitor the delivery progress at any time.
If a package is confirmed lost during transit, it will be on us.
Once we are able to confirm the lost status with the carrier, we will contact you right away. If you prefer, we will send out a replacement immediately. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund promptly.
There may also be rare situations where a package is lost in transit but has not yet been flagged by our team or the carrier. If you believe this has happened to your order, please contact us using the form below and one of our team members will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
If the tracking status shows as “Delivered,” responsibility for the package will generally transfer to the customer. We kindly ask that you first check with the carrier, as they may be able to provide additional delivery details or GPS confirmation. In many cases, packages are left in a safe location, delivered to a front desk, or received by another household member. If you are still unable to locate the package after contacting the carrier, please feel free to reach out to us at and our team will do our best to assist you further.
