ArcLord By Soulless K

Soulless.K, once hailed as China’s top reblade craftsman, has long specialized in reblading knives from various brands. Known for precision and dedication, Soulless.K now steps into the spotlight with a bold new collaboration with Circus EDC, launching his first original folding knife — a masterpiece named “ArcLord”.

Handle Material

The journey to finalize the handle material was full of twists. Initially planned to use TC4 titanium, the team ultimately chose the superior TC21 titanium for its enhanced structural performance.

TC21 is a high-performance alloy, but unlike TC4, it’s only available in ingot form — not sheet. This meant the team had to wire-cut entire titanium blocks into thin slices, a process that is labor-intensive and exponentially more costly.
The switch to TC21 was made to increase lock safety redundancy, even though it came with significant production challenges.

Blade Material

The blade uses Damasteel® RWL34, rarely seen in mass productio n. It offers excellent rust resistance and steel performance. Heat treatment is handled by the trusted BOS Heat Treating in the USA, ensuring top-tier quality. HRC ~60-61
(custom version uses Vanax instead of RWL34)

The standard handle finish is hand-applied orange peel texture, which provides a superior tactile feel and metallic luster compared to common sandblasting or polishing.
Combined with the clarity of RWL34, this knife truly embodies the philosophy of “Less is More”, showcasing the pure beauty of metal.

Structural Design: Traceless Lock

The Traceless Lock system was co-developed by “Sword 32” and Soulless.K, with all design and production handled independently by the studio.

It’s a pivot lock structure, but with significant improvements over mainstream button locks.
The knife’s silhouette is clean and elegant, aligning perfectly with the “Less is More” design philosophy.

After multiple compatibility adjustments and five structural validations, the final version is now ready to meet the world.

 Structural Highlights

1. All T8 Torx screws are CNC-machined, offering superior strength over stamped alternatives.
2. Rubber ring on rear pivot screw enhances stability and prevents loosening — no need for thread glue.
3. Custom-ground washers using specialized tools feature precise concentric patterns, with thickness controlled within 0.005mm and six oil reservoirs.
4. Adjustable spring tension allows users to fine-tune the unlock button pressure, with a dual-layer safety mechanism to prevent accidental unlocking.
5. Anti-detachment ring on the pivot button reduces friction noise and prevents dislodging.
